Anyone know if?

Anyone know if a D16Y5 has the same bottom end as a D16Y8?....The reason im askin the shop near me is worried about boosting the motor on the stock internals.

Pistons are different. = lower compression.

Don't boost more than 9psi at the track and 7psi daily and the stock internals will be fine.
