Has anyone done this? Give me you experence concerning it and how muchin ran you.
I want to build a B20vtec engine but since B20 blocks aren't the strongest. I hear that this can be done.

You will have no problems resleeving the B18B and boring it to 84.5. The block would still be plenty strong enough.

To bore a B18B to 84.5 mm is a walk in the park. There are no reliability issues at all and the process is fairly inexpensive. Please e-mail me for more info and pricing at sales@goldeneaglemfg.com Hope I can help you out.
