another "im leaking oil between the head and block" post, need advise!
d16z6
compression solid across all four
replaced distrib. seal and valve cover seal
loosing no coolant, not mixing
not smoking
runs great
i have not replaced the vtec sol. gasket yet. its leaking only on the distrib side. i orginally thought it was just the distr. gasket because the compression came up solid. anyway, its leaking pretty bad. if i clean the area where its leaking and drive ~20 miles, the entire area under the distrib is covered in oil along with the front part of the block where the d16z6 stamp is, all the way to the pan. i lose about .5qt every week. I really dont want to pull the head but if thats the only thing left then i guess i will/ any suggestions? TIA

I'd consider those before pulling the head.
