Alignment but still off
Okay so I am working with my 06 Civic coupe Si. I recently rear ended my friend because a guy in front of him break checked really hard... smh. and i just tore a hole in the radiator and bent the radiator support too from hitting his trailer hitch. and smashed the headlights. But this shouldn't be too hard of a hit to bend my frame? I replaced the radiator, radiator support, headlights, and hood. I recently got new tires and put my axis og rims back on. Whats wierd is I got an alignment too. Everything came out in the green after the alignment. But if im going about 20 and up if i let my hand off the wheel the car floats to the right hand side if your sitting in the driver seat. had the shop check if the lower control arm bushings were messed up/ camber arm bushings, and anything it could be. Said it all turns out to be good. So today I pulled my wheel off and adjusted the coilover a little high, turned out to be the same result. then I tried a little low. same result. i ended up leaving the ride height matching the one on the driver side. so ride height is the same in the front on the coilovers. Should I check the back out? It barely goes to the right but I was thinking if i have to hold my hand on the wheel all of the time to keep it from floating right its going to wear my tires down faster. What could it be? What should I check? k&w coilovers,17x10 axis og. Im lost. Should I just air the tire up on the right hand side until it just rides the same?
On most roads they're designed to slope to the right so it depends on how bad it's pulling. You may have just not really noticed it til now because you're paying more attention and kinda expecting something to be wrong.
Probably right. but I wanna say it does that on regular/flat streets that I believe arent sloped too. I know they slope a little so the water will run off but I think thats just highways? My dads suv doesnt do it though. then again its a bigger wheel base.... should i worry about it?
