Default Bent Radiator Support Upper Arm

I recently got into a front end collision that left the upper tie bar of the radiator support bent. Now it looks like it doesn’t need to be replaced but I’m not sure. I was thinking all it needs is to be straightened out.

It needs to be replaced. Not only is the metal torn, but the metal has been stretched from the accident. You won't be able to just "straighten" it. It'd be far cheaper to just replace.
