98 integra gsr code 45 help please

My gsr is throwing code 45 please help me out someone it getting annoying.
Okay this is how it happen when i change my 65mm throttlebody back to a stock gsr throttlebody and started the car then it just hesitate and bogging with mis firing problem when im driving the car around, on cold start there will be black smoke coming out the exhaust and it smell bad not sure what wrong if anyone have this problem before lmk thank
One think i just change the primary 02 sensor already but still have the same problem not sure what is wrong> HELP PLEASE

I think you may need to check the tps calibration on the tb you just put on. It could be way out of spec which would cause you to hesitate, surge, run rich, lean, etc... Also, are you running a tuned ecu or stock?

oh yeah stock ecu and tps on throttlebody never takin off everthing is stock but just a cold air intake and skunk 2 manifold i pass smog before with those and change to 65mm after that now i need smog again then this happen when i put the gsr throttlebody back on

I got a volt meter but not sure how to check tps I think it might be my map sensor I got 2 but I used both and I ask my friend to give me his to test could it be fuel I Hector by any chance ?? Or distributor cap and rotor since I haven't change those but it was weird cux it was fine wit the 65 mm throttle but I noctice that the 65mm do have map sensor to place on but there is no hole throught it to the manifold weird it like a block off map sensor.

Yea I could get pic for u not now tho I'm at work damn if I don't work I'll beat up that throttle body lol stupid yea it is block but there is a very small hoe u can't even c if the light don't goes shine in it I'll b a soon I'll give u pic and work on that crap throttle

They look the same but the 65mm have just a small hole to the manifold size I need to show pic what I mean it the same compare to the stock just no hole going toward the back of the throttle body oh yea no Hector I mean injector lol but any way would it be my throttle body gasket that cause it cux I didn't change the thorttle body gasket I have one but it for my new 65mm power throttle body that I was saving it for later when I boost.

Forgot to mention I have two stock gsr throttlebody when I install same issues happen I think I might try putting the 65mm back on Just for a test to c how it react

K got new throttle body gasket sounds better but there still backfire not sure if that's okay cuz I got skunk2 exhaust on it too I'll keep driving to c if the cel come back since I reset it

yeah true ill check the spark plug and wire tomm it good to try it out thank for the tip ill let u know if it fix it
