I think you may need to check the tps calibration on the tb you just put on. It could be way out of spec which would cause you to hesitate, surge, run rich, lean, etc... Also, are you running a tuned ecu or stock?

Check the calibration. Also make sure you have no vacuum leaks.

I got a volt meter but not sure how to check tps I think it might be my map sensor I got 2 but I used both and I ask my friend to give me his to test could it be fuel I Hector by any chance ?? Or distributor cap and rotor since I haven't change those but it was weird cux it was fine wit the 65 mm throttle but I noctice that the 65mm do have map sensor to place on but there is no hole throught it to the manifold weird it like a block off map sensor.

if it runs with the 65mm but not the gsr one then it has to do with something on the tb and or its sensors. Im not Hector by the way if thats what u were asking.

They look the same but the 65mm have just a small hole to the manifold size I need to show pic what I mean it the same compare to the stock just no hole going toward the back of the throttle body oh yea no Hector I mean injector lol but any way would it be my throttle body gasket that cause it cux I didn't change the thorttle body gasket I have one but it for my new 65mm power throttle body that I was saving it for later when I boost.

Code 45, fuel system too rich or too lean.

Any CEL?

Trying putting a new stock gsr TB gasket on there as well.

I would change out your spark plugs and wires as well if you have not done it for awhile.
