Default tps problem

iv got a gsr integra thats running a vortech superchargerat 9psi ..when we first installed the kit all was well.after a couple months i decided to replace the b18c head with a port n polish b16a head,a 65mm throttle body,a vector x intake manifold.after doing this i first got 3 check lights error .the v-tech the tps and the map sensor.we successfully eliminated the 2 except the tps.now when ever i drive the car and i get in wide open throttle or at high revs or for about 3 seconds the check light comes on in 2nd gear n gives a tps code..when i restart the car the code goes away until i enter wot again..
i'v tried cleaning throttle body ,recalibrating it and changing the sensor with no success.two different tuners looked at it and was also puzzled.am also using the e-manage ultimate to tune but its not responsible for the code because we installed it after we got the codes to help solve dem.
has anyone else encounter this problem? and is the the map sensor in anyhow connected to the tps at all?
any help would be grateful...

Why not replace it and calibrate it? A new Blox TPS can be had for like $30 from ebay.

i already replaced the tps..i took the old one off the stock throttle body that was working good n tried it on the new 65mm one...

would a 52mm use a different sensor from a 65mm..??or would all tps b the same in this case?

What voltage readings are you getting from the TPS at closed and WOT, are they within spec?

if the stock tps was meant to read only 4.5 do you think a voltage reading of 4.9 is going give me the cel code?
