98 Dx Inner Tie rod BOOT HELP!!

Default 98 Dx Inner Tie rod BOOT HELP!!
Replacing inner and outer tie rods on my Dx, body has 18x,xxx so doing some needed maintenance. PROBLEM is i cant remove metal clamp/ring that holds boot on to rack. Please help ASAP

They're a pita. Best bet is to get some angle cutters under them. Failing that, fire-up the dremel, that might be the easiest option.
