Default 91 Integra .. LS / VTEC or B16A

this is the situation .. and here are my options... I picked up a 91 Acura Integra.. has the b18a1 in it ... i plan on using it as my daily driver .. but would like a little bit of kick ... i have a b16 head and block .. the block i woul dneed to buy pistions for .. but what i am asking is .. would a b16 in there be better then a ls vtec .. what has more hp/tq ... and why is 1 better then another ? all help is appreciated ...

have you ever thought of nitrous? i had a 75shot wet before i rebuild the engine...makes a ton of power and tork that our hondas dont have....

ls vtec would be better huh ... what would my compression goals be for a all motor setup ... i have a bone stock b18a in there now.. was going to put on a stock b16 head... what mods would be best to build it up mildly ...
