Clean the fuel injectors. Either pull them out and send them into Venom to blueprint and clean or get new ones.

ok I've been trying to reply to you but my dial-up cpu has more viruses than a street *****, anyway. You probaly have your o2 sensors in the wrong place. On a stock b16a1 (pr3/pw0 ecu'ed) the (one wire) oxygen sensors are located about ten inches down the exhaust stream from the head. One of the two sensors is monitoring the oxygen content of cylinders 1&4, and the other, you gused it, monitiors the oxygen content of cylinders 2&3. Take a look at this tech article from hondata its the *****:http://www.hondata.com/techo2problem.html and take a look at hasports pr3/pw0 ecu'ed header application and note the placxement of the o2 sensor bungs: http://www.hasport.com/Products/Headers.htm I ran into the same ****, I had a dc 4-2-1 header and it had a provision for the o2 sensor right before the cat. I ended up have o2 sensor bungs welded on in the collectors of the 2 in the 4-2-1 header. And stuck a four wire o2 in the leftover hole before the cat and ran wires into my cabin and monitior it with a multimeter when I want to check the air fuel ratio, but tell me what your o2 sensor setup is, how many are you running , where are they located in the exhaust system, how many wires are there, etc, etc. Dam I finally was able to type this **** without my cpu freez.......ah **** this fucki......peice of sh.........

by the way the pw0/pr3 ecu suck for boosted applications, you should think about doing a hondata setup or something if you want to run boost. Or you can have you ecu chipped I think? Ethier way you should really think about upgrading your ecu, an upgrade will also take care of that o2 sensor problem.
