Default 1996 ek civic wont start electrical issue Help!!

Ok so i have a 96 civic cx that has a 97 Ls swap done by me and is wire tucked done by me so last Friday i started up the car like usual and went to a shop about 10 miles away from my House to pick up a clutch for another car i was working on and about 10 min later i go back to my car get in try to start it and "bam" it wouldnt start thr starter made a clicking noise kinda like when the battery wires are loose so i wiggled the wires a little made sure they were tight try to start the car and it wouldnt even try to start this time only guel pump would prime but no crank so took the key out tried again and now fuel pump wouldnt prime, there was no lights on dash, only the beeping sound when u have the key on the ignition switch so i unpluged the battery waited 10 min tried again nothing!! not even the beeping so of course like any body out there i thought it was a dead battery case but what a surprise when i go to get it checked out! The battery was a good worling battery, 100% fully charged!! So went back home, checked all grounds, all fuses under dash, all fuses under the hood, wire harness, everything absolutely everything checked out good! No blown fuses at all, no fried wire no burnt smell, i just ran out of ideas. i got some opinions from friends saying that maybe it could be a short on the harness somewhere since i tucked it, but thing is, i didnt cut a single wire when i did the wire tuck, all i did was run the harness behind the fenders and all wires reached perfectly fine but it just happened outta nowhere, with out warning or with out even doing weird stuff like it always happens when tjerrs a short. I got no low beams , high beams, hazards light dnt work, no radio no interior light no nothing like if i ddnt have the battery connected only that beeping sound any feed back would be really appreciated try to fix this since is my only car.

Could it be the ignition switch?

While your were tucking or diving, the harness could have made contact w/something sharp causing a short...

You know what they say about Mickey Mouse jobs here comes the ready or not!!!
