Default ~~~NEED HELP~~~

So here's my dilemma i finished swapping my motor on my CRX I tried turning it on but nothing would happen so my friend who did the wiring told me to check the dizzy wires and 2 were fliped around so i fixed that. So after doing that the car turned on but it won't let me go over 3k rpm. I changed the ecu twice and it still had the same prob so i decided to use the p28 on my sedan and im guessing that it burned the ecu's because i can't go over the 3k rpm. Im out of funds so im putting this on hold i've also ran out of ideas on what could be the prob. My question is what could be the prob??????
If you wanna come over and check it out try and help me out your more then welcome i can't really offer much cash but i can treat you to some king taco

CLIFF NOTES: car turns on won't pass 3k rpms tried 1 p28 1 dx problem still exists dunno what to do.

ok, it's a crx and you're using a p28. I assume you did a obd1 conversion? Did you check to see what code you were throwing?
