Default Suspension problems?

I have a 95 Civic DX. It has Skunk2 coil overs and Buddy Club camber kit if that is relevant. I dropped it more yesterday and it threw my alignment off as expected. My car was pulling towards the left so to compensate I had to have the wheel pointed to the right. I was going onto the freeway and took the turn to the on ramp and heard a pop. My alignment shifted so the car is pulling to the right now. I was going to where I needed to go and it felt like the driver’s side tire started shaking like it was going to come off of the car. If I press the brakes it will stop. I’m afraid the tire is going to fly off the car when I am driving and I’m not sure what the problem is and why when I turn my alignment keeps ****ing up as in switching sides. Also I have I leak in my rack and pinion which is leaking power steering fluid if that is vital info. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

1. Get an alignment immediatley, that should have been your first stop.

2. Camber kits are a waste of money and not needed when lowering our civic's.

x2...get that alignment asap...before you have some catastrophic failure of some sort.

Take the camber kit off before you do and put your stocks back on if theyre in good shape...if those flop out...your **** is game over...and if you take them off after the alightment your screwed again because the alignment would have done no good.

How far is it dropped?

You have pictures?

I did the whole EK9 H22 swap and everything is running fine and the car is now pretty fast. The only issue that I have is that when I make right turns onto on/off ramps and whatnot at higher speed the car shakes and vibrates violently. Making a left turn its just fine. No vibration at all. I changed out the suspension and the problem still exists. Could it be just that I need an alignment or what? Any help would help a lot.

Lol don't thread jack. Start a new thread...then you'll have all the forum browsers to help with your specific question instead of the couple of us subscribed to this.

However...if you do start a thread let me know because I'd really like to know the answer to that.

I've never done any suspension work before. I had a 94 EX a while ago and wrecked it before I did anything like that to it. I bought a 95 DX like 2 days later so I'm just doing everything I didn't do to that one to this one. Everybody I talked too recommended a camber kit that's why I have said kit. But I figured out the problem. It turned out that the bolts on the driver's side kit actually came loose and it was messing stuff up. Bolted the bolts back down and test drove it and it is fine. As for pictures I just lowered it more yesterday so I don't have pics of this drop yet. It is probably at least 3 1/2 inches all the way around if not more.

Thats part of the problem with adjustable camber kits, the bolts typically come loose on a regular basis.

Everybody you talked to about needing the camber kit, tell them they are full of ****.

Read this and think about reinstalling your OEM UCA's. I'm not going to tell you what to do, it's your car. I can only point you in the direction of the proper information.

I dont think I have any of the stock suspension parts anymore. It's all good for now I guess. Especially cause some posts too me in that section seem pretty hit and miss on camber kits. Mine weren't too expensive. Just Buddy Club. Nothing special.
