help am new
ok were do i start i have a honda civc dx 94 and am trying to take REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS but am having no lucky geting the bolts out i have the one under the car out on the driver side but the one on the same side the outter the one but the Strut Bar i can't get out i use wd40 and pblaser and no lucky does any one have any good idea to have out

It doesn't look like english is his first language, so we should give him a break.
There is a good chance that the bolts have become seized inside the bushings of your stuck LCA. What happens is rust forms between the bolt and the bushing's metal sleeve. That rust is like glue, it will prevent the bolt from being taken out.
One thing you can do is soak the bolt in PB Blaster for a few minutes, then heat it up with a hand torch. A normal propane one should work fine. Then soak in PB blaster again for a few minutes, then heat again with the torch. Repeat this 3-4 times, then let the bolt cool down, and try loosening it with an impact wrench.
