Ok. So finally I'm able to lower my car 1.75 all around using H&R Sport on on stock 15's. I want to align it ASAP but I am also waiting for my 17's tires to come thru UPS in a couple of days.

If aligning it now and later I put on my 17's will this affect the alignment of the car or is it better to just wait until I have the 17's and have it aligned?

Do it now, provided that your current tires are good and have not worn unevenly.
