Take off the four nuts and remove the wiring harness. If you don't care about the harness you can just cut it. But if you want to reuse it, then you just need to open up the panel on the hatch and unclip the harness.

ru talking about the rear panel? and if u r, is it pretty easy to reach the harness??? sorry for the dumb questions..

what are you going to use for filling the holes after the wing is removed? or do you even have to fill those holes? Since I believe the water that goes through those holes would not go inside.
The bolts and probably some wicked goo helping it stick well and seal.
And water won't go into the car but flow out the spot where the top of the tail-lights are.
You might want to either fill in the holes or atleast seal the egdes on them so they don't rust if they are actually unpainted.

thanx for all the replies. well i took it off couple hours ago and i used push pins from home depot to cover up those holes

I had the plastic caps before the electrical tape. I think thats what he means by push pins. you can get them for the size of the hole, and they do fit nice. The reason i didnt like them is because the paint would chip alot and they bubbled up where as i wanted somethin flush. I think there in the bolts/screws/nail section

ok, I understand what you mean, but how did you get the electrical tape to look better? I can't imagine electrical tape looking good at all.....got any pics?

Sure heres some i just snapped outside. Im curious to what other people think...maybe its just me that likes the tape. haha, anyways this is also after about 5 months of driving and stuff and they still look pretty good.




ya if you want to spray your hatch again you can shave the holes, i used jb weld for those, the "acura" sign holes and the keyhole caus some fagbag tried to open that **** with a screw driver or somethin
