How-to remove the hatch/harness??
well my buddy has a teg, and we need to remove the hatch to get some damaged fixxed. but we dont know how to get the harness out, anyone know? help would be awesome!!

pull on it, it may just slide out, when we swapped the one on my friends DA we just cut the thing cuz it was a pain in the *** pulling it out and then jst wired the defroster back up

its really hard(or can be) to pull out. you take off the plastic panels on the harch, disconnect all the plugs and harnesses then the plastic pieces holding the harness ina nd pull it out. i regret to say that while swaping my hatch i just cut the wires. i joined teh thick black wire w/green stripe and the all black wire together they are for the defroster i believe. my defroster works, and i dont need the wiper or thrid brake lamp.
