Rear Spoiler Remove ...

perhaps you guys can help my friend out... he has a 98' LS and he gots the OEM Rear Spoiler on it.. what does he do to get it off.. well his only problem is the LED wires ..
does he cutt it? and do what?

LOL! You dicks. I suppose you'll tell him to jump off a bridge next.
Rear spoiler removal:
.Work your fingers underneath the hatch interior panel on the passenger-side so you can disconnect the brake light harness.
.Pull it loose and disconnect the harness.
.Use a 10mm or 12mm deep socket and remove the (4) nuts along the outer edge of the hatch. These are the only nuts/bolts securing the spoiler to the hatch.
.Lift the spoiler up. It'll stick a little on the foam gaskets. Guide the harness out of the hole.
