Default need opinions on block problem

ok heres the problem: TURBO HITS BLOCK, not enough to prevent it from being installed, but enough to make a leak that pisses me off
everything is insallted, tuned for 6.3psi and pulls hard. but i have an exhaust leak from the manifold/head. yes i used a new gasket and all the bolts were tightend and retightend. so i guess what im lookin at is new manifold or notch the block?
i have a revhard manifold with a turbonetics t3t4, the compressor housing hits the webbing on the block, has anyone notched their block? if so what did you use, and what was the outcome? i am a little low on funds right now, but if it means weakening the block ill stick out some black sut on the head untill a new manifold is within my reach. and this is all on a 98 GSR ..thanks for the help guys
also didnt know where this post belongs. sorry, feel free to move. (like i have any say anyways )
