Any o-ring head gaskets for d series?

I'm putting together a mini-me right now that I'm going to turbo and am in need of a head gasket. Would it be adviseable to use an o-ring gasket? Also, what are the tolerances of the head surface when checking the deck?

Can anybody tell me what to retorqe the rod bolts to?
