Default Oil weight

What oil weight are you guys running? how about B16 guys? I plan on running 10-40 Castrol GTX. I'm in Cali so it doesn't really get that cold.

I used mobil 1, but then my valve seals went to ****.. Not sure if that was the cause, but I won't use it again. I'll probably just stick with Honda oil.

5w 30. I wouldn't run anything else. It can eat up the bearings. Unless of course I have 300,000 miles then I'll run something to make up for bearing wear.

Thats another thing I would recommend always using the same oil. Different additives, detergents.
