Default Very low acceleration just swapped help please

I just finally finished the swap, it started up, im getting codes 5 and 7 with a p08 ecu, the motor is a JDM d15b sohc vtec. When i start the car it idles low then after a couple seconds it goes up and runs fine. The car is sucking in alot of air and you can hear it. When we take the car for a test drive there is very low acceleration. Could this be because of the spark plug wires not being in the correct places on the distributer, what can be causing so much air to be sucked in and also what can be causing the very low acceleration. Thank you in advance

I think thats your map and TPS sensors. Try changing the map sensor and adjusting the tps.

i talked to him, he said he did hook it up, i guess i misunderstood him, but he had hooked the map back up to the firewall but the new intake mani off the d15b sohc vtec is on the top of it, so he told me to unplug it from the firewall and i plugged it into the new one, now how do i adjust the tps??
