Which distributor cap on jdm h22??
Alright guys I have a jdm h22a head on my usdm h22a4 block in my eg hb. I Have msd in my car right now, but I am wonderng which msd distributor cap I am supposed to use. I bought a regular prelude one and it didnt fit. I tried like 2 other ones off my friends cars and they didn't fit. Right now I am using one off of a 99 civic si. Two of the 3 holes line up so its on and my car is running but its still not the right cap. Anyone know which cap I need? Thanks.
the JDM one is internal coil which is where your problems are coming in, youll need to run the stock distributor or convert the internal coil to external

So I can use a 96 + gsr, 92-95 civic, 90-91 accord, or a 90-93 integra, and the rotor is from a 92-2001 prelude. Alright cool, Thanks guys. I will try one of these.

If you're external coil the F22 cap should work as well. I used an F22 cap to convert my H22 distributor to external coil. If you plan on trying this out, contact me there was a timing issue that can be solved by rotating the plug wires 90 degrees or swapping distributor internals. I ran into this when I swapped an H22 into my F22 prelude.
