I'm trying to change the fuel filter on my '93 GS.. but i dont know where the hell it is. Can any one help out? and maybe some guidelines to changing it?

 

i changed my oil myself yesterday, had the same problem. I have a 01' GSR and its located beneath the intake manifold..i drop my car up on blocks so i could get under it. Maybe its in the same spot, not sure, but you have to get under there to see it

 

the fuel filter is located on the firewall on the passenger side in the engine bay. you should not have to lift the car up to replace it.

are we sure we're talking about the same filter here?cuz if im not mistaken i belive he^ is talking about the OIL filter???and the thread starter was asking about FUEL fitler..

 

Fuel Filter = mounted on the firewall, between the center of the firewall, and the battery.
Oil filter = under the intake manifold

edit: zad5, that's the best way to find it so far!

 

there is a line coming off of the fuel line on the left follow that and you'll see a filter mounted on the firewall.

 

oh ahahah my bad, yeah mine is about the oil filter as you can see i got up way to early this morning

just be careful with the bottom bolt on the fuel filter. I almost rounded mine.
