Well I finally got a lip for my 00 ex and do I need to get anything where the clips will bolt up to the bumper? There is nothing that the bolts screw into on my bumper.

if its the OEM Si lip then you will have 2 screws on each end of the lip that screw onto the side of the bumper. you will see small indentations on where to screw. and there will also be about 8 or 9 clips on that lip that will bolt onto the bumper

 

I know but when I put the bolts through the clips and into the bumper and it doesn't have anything to screw into...

 

put a nut on the other side of the bolt...

 

is your bumper an aftermarket OEM bumper...?

 

if its a stock honda bumper it suppose to have 2 holes on the both side of the bumper and holes in the bottom unless you got the after market bumper

 

I have an OEM bumper. It has holes just nothing to screw the bolt into. I guess I will get some nuts for it.

 

if there are no place to screw on the bottom of the bumper i would suggest just to use a butter fly nut

 

the bumper has 9 spaces for clips. the oem lip should have those too. you need air clips, something something. can be found in hardware stores i believe. or spend 50 bucks at honda
