Try using a jack to push up the fork.

doesnt' this look a lil bit too low tho?

I do have theo ther side jacked up so that it'd be easier to lower the rotor

Have someone push down on the rotor.

I would have said use a jack but if it's stuck, try jamming something between the top of the wheel well and the rotor/hub and then carefuly jack it up from the bottom.

well I already got it fixed...just took some jumping up and down on it with all my body wieght and a long jack pole to push it along heh

pain in the ***...reason I'm doing this is I stripped the head when installing my rear springs so I want to throw it back to stock for now until spring time hwen I get some shocks then pay the 50 bucks per side to get that rear one fixed by the shop...reason I stripped is stupid me iddn't notice I had a 12pt socket instaed of a 6 pt

yes but for a grand total of 20 miles. The car was lowered on just the fronts and I needed to make an emergency errand.
