has anyone put piston oil squirters in ls block for ls/vtec
i have oil squirters in my b16 block that i want to transfer over to to the ls for the ls/vtec. has anyone done it if so was it hard and how did you do it
I am building an ls/vtec...and it is very hard to do from what I've researched.
There is a lot of risk of damaging your block. I believe you need spacers for the squirters. Although it's a very nice upgrade, I might consider forged pistons over the squirters.

From what I've been told, the oil lines are in the block so all you have to do is drill and tap for the squirters. You'd have to have a good machine shop do this but it sounds possible. I believe you would also have to change out the pistons for VTEC pistons or notch the LS pistons to clear the squirters.
is this a very expensive mod to do? im taking my block into the machine shop to get some stuff done, about how much does oil squirters cost to install, i already have a set from my old b16, thanks
back from the dead? I would like some more info, anyone else put squirters in a LS or B20 block? any problems related to this??? any info would be greatly appreciated
