ok i was trying to install my new injectors today and ran in to alittle problem.
i left the stock o rings in there and i tried to put the new injectors in but its tight as **** dont seem like it will go in. is there something i miss?
am i supposed to get new o rings from rc or something
last thing i need to to break the expensive injectors.

any input suggestions or thoughts are welcomed thanks

 

Take your stock o rings out and put it on the injector, then put it in the slot. More then likely your going to have to trim the o ring a little to make it fit because its a bigger injector.

Thats what i had to do, no problems since.

 

hmm thats weird they should just go right in with 0 force. Maybe your doing something wrong, try asking a friend to help.

 

yea looks like i have to trim it or something because i put the stock ones back on and they slip right in. gess im going to have to bust out my caliper to measure the 2 and see whats the diffrence in size

 

you can order some from rc. thats what i had to do when i bought those injectors used.

 

ok i got it i took the old rings off my d15 they were a nice snug fit perfect.
