You can put the vaccum hose on either on of the "metal thingys"or nipples on the BOV it doesn't matter. . .serves the same purpose. . .hmm type s that's the same one I have and I've always have had that fluttering sound. . .kind of like the HKS super sequential. Then again my turbo blew last week. . .rebuild is on the way. . .thank God for Majestic.

The upper most nozzle sticking out of the Greddy BOV should be attached to a vaccum source, the lower most should be left open, it acts as a vent for the diaphram (according to GReddy).
