Well I put my car in reverse and it made a screching noice,, now my abs light is on..
when I check the codes I get code 15 and 53 on the cluster
can someone please let me know what that code it!

ABS code or Engine code, witch light is on ?

abs blinks 15 and 53
and engine blinks 4!

ABS
15 is a wheel sensor open/short
53 is motor stuck on
Probably a defgault in the wiring loom or short circuit somewhere, chez the cables under dash or next the ABS Unit.


Engine
14 is CKP Sensor (Crankshaft Position Sensor) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

 

is 15 rear right.... someone told me that

and for the engine code, I was told either my timming belt is off my 1 tooth or the distributor is screwed!

If the timing belt is not right or distributor sensor pb, you might have the 54 code :
CKF Sensor (Crankshaft Speed Fluctuation) defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

It's not the same.

 

so then what would 4 be? as in what would be the first thing to do to try and fix it?
