Default Serious Help Needed - Oil Pressure Related

So I swapped a B16 into my car. I drove it for 3 weeks then my oil light started coming on at idle and I had no VTEC. The light went off as soon as I gave it gas. I pulled the oil pan and cleaned the screen. That didn't help any so I replaced the oil pump. Still no change and then the motor started knocking. I figured a bad or spun bearing and was told by someone that once a bearing is spun, the block needs machined. Since the car is my daily driver I didn't have time or money to get it machined, so I bought another block. Swapped the head and sensors and put it all back in. It was fine for a day. Now the light comes on intermittently only at idle. Sometimes it comes on, sometimes it doesn't. I still have VTEC though. I don't what the deal is now. The oil pump is new, the screen is clean. It's not low on oil. The only thing I can think of doing at this point is change the oil and filter so I know it's not clogged and also flush the oil system out. I haven't checked the oil pressure yet cause I don't have a gauge but I plan to get one this week. Any other help is appreciated.

get an oil pressure guage on it
I had similar problems

I put a guage on it, and have excellent pressure
The stock oil pressure sender is busted, I just ignore it, now that I have a real guage on it

Here's an update if anyone cares. I ordered a gauge off ebay and am still waiting on it. But I bought a can of engine flush, put that in, changed the oil and filter and I haven't got the light yet. I just did it today so I don't know if this something that is going to last. I pulled the VTEC solenoid off to see if the screen was clogged and it was just about completely clean. There was a little dirt but not much. I hope my gauge comes this week so I can finally read the pressure.
