Default torque specs for exhaust manifold?

i know i know i need a helms manual but could somebody tell me the torque specs for exhaust manifold on a 1998 usdm b18c1 motor. thanks

I believe they are 19lbs for the studs on the head.

man you dont need to torque those bolts just tighten them untill they are tight. the stud will not brake
you really only need to torqur head bolts, cam caps, main bolts and stuff like that
you dont need to torque ex mainifold , im, bolts

actually I have seen guys tighten those man studs and nuts to tight by hand and snap them and when they snap they are hard to get out. you can hand tighten yes but if you do just be careful.
