98 F23 Exhaust headers torque specs

I need the torque specs for the bolts going into the head. And how important are they?

head bolts are pretty important to torque down to correct specs, dont want to under torque or over torque, check out a haynes manual or try to google it.

Exhaust bolts, not head bolts.

German specs are just fine.
