Default Interesting evening at Moroso last nite

i went to test&tune at moroso since its 30 min away from my parents house here in West Palm, and I was suprised to see an interesting turbo setup that was getting popular...

JE pistons 9:1
Elliot sleeves (sp?)
revhard manifold
deltagate with profec B
60-1 turbo
3" DP / thermal exhaust
XS engineering intercooler (biiiig)
some BOV that looks like a bullet
RC 370cc injectors
Vortech FMU at 6:1
VAFC

i watched a type r with this setup run a 12.6 @120 at 13psi full interior. nothing spectacular, but several of the guys were claiming they run 30psi for over 500 hp.

i am suprised to hear of this level of power without standalone. what do you guys think?

oh btw, i didn't meet the guy that built the motor, but he's pretty famous...John Brown.

As for John Brown and his season ahead. He should be coming out big next season, even though he lost his sponsorship. Jojo Callos has it now.
Who knows what Callos is gonna come up with.

As for that setup, hopefully I can get some money together this winter. Pretty much the same setup, except for the sleeves and bigger injectors. Gonna go RC 550's (I have 450's now), and have not decided what sleeves yet. Prob. from Z10.
