anyone get this ....after i hit full boost i get a check engine light that pops on...if i turn the car off it goes away till the next time i hit full boost for a couple seconds..

the emanage doesnt throw a code only the car does....i know other people have this problem does anyone know what it is

i bet your throwing a map code. If your not using a missing link the map sensor is reading boost. most likely thats your problem

I agree. Either that or Code 16 injector failure code. Those are the 2 common ones with the blue box or Emanage.

 

can i use the missing link with the emanage since the emanage works off the map....also the emanage doesnt throw any codes just the car and its still pulls hard when the code is on..even thought i dont like to push it with it throwing the CEl

No way to find out what code the car is throwing with the emanage hooked up?

 

i was told by other people that the code is a "Too Rich" code....i guess its better then a too lean code....The car seams to run fine with it on and the E-manage still is displaying the green light...so i think it will be okay...

any other thoughts

The emanage will not show any ECU code dude. If your check engine light is on that is noooo good. Check the code. If you don't know how go to http://www.c-speedracing.com and look there.

 

code 22.....and my vtec wont engage

I think that's correct...got it off the civic section.

 

how come that code will come on after about 4 seconds of boost....even though im not hitting my vtec point.......i figured it was the map reading boost , but it was this code

 

also my vtec will not activate.....im thinking loose connection so i will have to go over all the connections today

 

went over the connections and im still getting thhe vtec pressure switch code and no vtec...puzzles me that im getting the code when i dont even rev near vtec.....someone lend me some insight
