about how much does that run for a port and polished head. what are horse power gains. how much for the head gasket and what be a good brand.

Endyn, RLZ engineering, and Portflow all cost around $950 for your basic port and polish job with valve work. Don't go with Gude by the way, you'll regret it. They can do good work when they try, but their customer service blows.
