I emailed golden eagle and they sent me back saying that they can sleeve it to
91mm( all motor only). Is there anything bad about this. I mean im looking into building a nasty motor and I need every edge I can get. Any input would be great, what do I need to know about stroking the motor?

You probably could go 91mm, but that would leave you zero
room for error, if your pistons fried or something you would have to
sleeve again. I wouldn't go bigger than 90mm if I were you.

gah!!! 91mm good ******* luck, that leaves on 3mm of space between the cylinders, that 1 mm of sleve on both sides and 1 mm of block material, the hell with that. in my opinion 90mm is pusshing it for a n/a street setup nevr mind 91mm .. thats the first i have heard of it
Are you planning on doing your own engine work? I have a very reputable machine shop here locally that does all of my sleeving. As stated above, I wouldn't go any larger than a 89mm bore. Let me know if you need any help sleeving or getting your motor built, I am located in Charleston, SC.

Yes I will be building the motor myself, Like I said im looking for every little bit out of the motor, but it will be a street car. What about stoking the h22
Is this in a prelude or a hybrid? If it is a hybrid, I suggest you spend your money on a k-series. Seems like you wanna dish out a lot for all-motor power. The crower stroker kit will stroke the engine to 2.6L but costs like 3-4000, forgot the figure. Nets you about 250-270whp with tuning.

build and turbo it. on your n/a setup you may wrap 13's, even tho your motor may run forever you'll always want more power and after you spend 15 grand and you only have 270 280 whp you'll be aching for more. build it, boost it and tune it for 300. your car will run for at least a couple years on a built turbo motor tuned for 300. you'll run the same times or maybe a smidge slower but you will always have the option of retuning it for more power
cnc? the ""absolute best"" head work is either at brandywine cylinder heads, or hendrick motorsports..... if you have serious baller money... i witnessed a small block pickup 175hp at the wheels just with a set of heads done by brandywine.... they helped me out with my head, since the turbo exchange i do my work at's owner sends all our race car parts to them. THey're the best but be prepared to pay for it
