look if u want to do it the right way then sure u can get great power out of a frankenstein

but if u cut a corner kiss all those moneys good bye

I am learning still on mine did it the right way but the build was done wrong
so now I am paying double to get it fixed and pro to build it for me

and if not try getting a poor man's type R
those get alot of power also for the money

if u still want to know about LS/VTEC ask me and I will send u a copy of the junk I have in mine and then u can have a ball park figure of what to do or how much u spending

What type of driving do you do?
Considered ls/vtec. Choose type-r
I do more freeway racing than drag racing.
IMO type r will last longer.
Got B16A now. Bought b18c shortblock today.
The type r project finally happening
Do it right

I have an LS block with a gsr crank type R rods and pistons and a stock b16 head(for now) I have 1000,00 miles on it and everything is going good so far. If you use a fresh head gasket there should be no problem!
