What do you mean? Are you talking about removing the SC, or actually taking it apart? Not that I can really help one way or the other, just curious.

 

First of all thanks for resopnding. Sorry I didn't clarify what I meant. Just the Eaton blower assymbly itself. It doesn't look like it would be all that much to it but making sure the gears are re-alighned correctly. I'm asking cause I'm looking to refinish one in chrome along with the manifold.

 

Well, if you're going to chrome-plate the blower, I'd sugget having a prefessional (not doubting your skills, just playing it safe) disassemble the blower. After the parts are chromed, get the same shop or person to put it back together.

I'm afraid that's all the help I can offer, but bump for someone else who chose to be different and go with a SC.

BTW, what type of car is this thing on?
