turbo it, D16's can handle a good amount of boost on stock sleeves, best i heard was 18, so even if you wanted to run higher boost, pretty much your major parts would be rods and pistons, and together thats about 500-600$ if you know where to look

sleeves can be kinda pricey because they require the block to be sent out and machined and **** like that, check out aebs sleeves, theyre good for real high psi, just make sure everything else is built and tuned right to handle that kind of pressure, other than that, 18psi should get you around 300whp, which is good no matter what anyone says

well i also was wondering what about this set up

d16z6 head stage 3 built by exospeed
d16z6 block with p29 pistons oversized .20/ or any other suggestions on some pistons that i could run a 75 shot with?
gsr t/b port matched to the z6 manifold
forced induction cai
and a bisi header later on
75 shot nos

or should i just run my d16z6 with 18psi and would my stock sleeves handle that and if so how long would it last? what kind of mods do i need to do to allow my car to handle 18psi thanks a bunch for the help guys

i think all that **** would handle a turbo pretty good, im not the master of turbo **** though, this is just what i know/hear, you will need rods and pistons, maybe some valve work, make sure its balanced and blueprinted and tuned and all that other ****, i mean how much hp do you want to have comin out of your car?
