I have fuel and spark, But wont start . Any ideas on where to go from there ?
Will the injectors not work with a bad ecm? I sprayed gas in throttle body and still nothing?

Hello , yes it turns over and has spark,fuel to the fuel rail . Sprayed fuel in throttle body and still nothing happening. could this be the ecm ? i thought it would run without the ecm disconnected? Or i was thinking it could be the dist. is shot but in that case i shouldnt be getting spark.

 

Open up your distributor. Check all your connections. If they're all fine, then you know it's not due to a poor connection. Take out your ignition control module and ignition coil. Get these tested. It might be one of these two components. Also, if it turns over, you might have a blown ignition fuse. It's under your steering column.

you mean the ECU? Could be the main relay.

 

Will the main relay make the fuel injection not work? I have spark and fuel to the injectors It should start. What does the main relay control?

PGM-FI or Program Fuel Injection is the main relay basically. It controls ignition, fuel pump, etc.. It could cause that problem or it could just be a distributor cap and rotor. Have you tried that?

Main relay will be anywhere from 35-65$ . I just bought one. I only could get it thru honda.

 

I will see if the relay out of my CRX will work . I changed the cap and rotor ,wires
