Default Hondata chipped.... Please help.

Can someone can tell me how you chip file into the atmel 29xx chip??

Is this how it goes? Create/load basemap on rom editor. Save map into laptop named .bin file. Then run pocket programer, put in the atmel 29xx chip then burn that basemap file I just created into that chip; then take it out and put it in the ECU. Plug in interface blue box and Turn on car. The map should load up??

Is this correct?? Sorry, i'm pretty new in hondata..
Thank you very much for anyone can help me out..

Tony
