I have a 94 Civic EX turbo (Apexi ball-bearing) with 310 saturated injectors, performance fuel pump, FMU and in the middle of the gears (like 3000-4000 RPM) there is a hesitation with the motor and you hear "pop, pop, pop" from the exhaust, the air/fuel gauge goes from rich to lean. It started happening after 3 months of use. I changed out the fuel regulator and checked all vacuum lines. It just started today on my way home from work. What is going on with my engine/turbo/fuel?

 

By the way, I'm boosting like 7 to 10 pounds.

 

I already tried turnong the boost down and that didn't work either.

 

What ratio is your FMU? I ran a 8:1 FMU with prelude 280 injectors and that setup ran rich on 10lbs of boost. FMUs are the devil.

 

I have no idea what ratio my FMU is..
