90mm is a bit on the thin side for any sleeve let alone an iron stock replacement. Ive seen the Darton and LA sleeve liners work well on boosted aplications using the stock bore size but going to an extreme of 90mm, it was bound to happen sooner or later.

nah, id like to, cause 450 @19 psi was nice, if i took it to 30 psi who knows...but i think im going stock size and just run more boost if needed.

the person i got it from said it was fine for high boost...next time ill do more research.

well the sleeve was designed for 87.5 mm stock...so the only self piston i could find was 89....i then messed it up on n20 and had to bore to 90mm...yes its thin, but others would have held...

ya i know, but in all reality i got that block on loooooow low, you get what u pay for...the prob is all the other damage.

earl says he feels a lot more confortable at 89, but still feels confidant that his blocks could hold @90...im going to see if i can hit 600 whp @87 mm and no pnp.

btw-i replied a lot more in the other theard to ur questions

"90mm? 15+ PSI? ...Sure, theyll be fine"

Perfect example of "you cant always believe what you hear"

Oh and BTW, there are shelf pistons for the H motor available in 87, 88, 89 and 90mm...

Sorry about your misfortune, good luck on your next project

about the f23 crank in the other thread,

yeah 97mm is a crazy stroke, but i was thinking of building one and at least reving it to 7500 , but you like to push everything so you could try for 8k and see how long it lasts.

but if you were to get your hands on a accord h23vtec crank they were made 98+ so im only assuming that it has to be 55mm mains, but i have no idea in hell where to get one, hell ive rarely seen a webesite that sells them

90mm is bored to an extreme. i would never run that much boring with boost. n/a maybe, but not boost
sorry to hear about the block.
