Default Xbox too much?

Is it true that the Xbox pulls more current then the PS2. My friend said he had to take out his Xbox. Cause it killed his battery and altenator. He also said that it would just quit playing and stuff like that. So he switched to PS2. What inverter do I need to play the Xbox

Probably, don't forget that the XBOX is basically a PC. HD included and all..

It only kills your battery when the car is off. ANY electronic accessory will do that. It can't possibly pull more ampherage than a small amp, so I don't see how it would affect the alternator.

if the alternator is running it will be supplying the power... if the alternator is not running the battery will be supplying the power..

so if the car is off, and you run the xbox the battery is gonna drain pretty quick, while if the car is on and you're running the xbox the battery won't be draining at all (unless your alt can't handle the load, in which case it may drain a bit)..
