HELP!!! What is the recomended break in for a GT30R BB Turbo???
turbo's have break in's???
im pretty sure the break in period for any turbo is none. the gt series turbo does something really cool the first time it spools though. they actually cut the housing with the wheel making it a perfect fit.

Of cause the turbo's have a break in.
It's called send it to me and I'll put it in my car to properly break it in. After the break-in period is done then I will ship it back to ya.
And I include free shipping back.

you kinda do have to brake it in.
its called heat cycling. takes about an hour or so. just drive it lightly for about an hour for it to get heat cycled. turn it off then let it cool down. then once it cools down, you are good to go

Sounds reasonable, just to give the seals some pressure to seat correctly.
I'd emphasize priming the turbo with oil before cranking it over for the first time.
