JRSC intercooler
if you inject it before the throttle body the SC will be more efficient. the water/alc mix will seal the blades just a little better. and provide cooling directly on them. heat soak gone.

If it works the same way as intercoolers do on a turbo setup, then yes. There is a pressure drop across the field of the intercooler and you lose a little boost. But remember, the air is cooler, and more dense. You will get more power with the same boost level. That 1.5psi drop probably won't feel like anything, in fact, you might gain some power....you probably will.
Ask in the Forced Induction forum to be sure.
