What rpm does the vtec engage on ITR

 

5700rpm @ wot

 

it doesnt need to be WOT. ive engaged in vtec at part throttle many of times.

mmmmmmmm yep...actually i did it this morning on my way to work. Just kinda sounds different thats all...kinda like a whole bunch of bees!

5,700 rpm...and its best in 3rd gear!

 

The reason I said wot is because it engages at different rpm at partial throttle.
I believe it's 5900rpm

 

thats weird i have never noticed that on mine., i might have a fake VTAK system.
