Default blue smoke burning oil

got a quesiton for all u motorheads out there, my car is burning oil on deceleration, under normal acceleration ther is no blue smoke but when i roll to a stop sign i disappear with that cloud of blue smoke...i checked my oil return line for the oil because i did have a small kink in it. i fixed that and it still does it. i was told to replace the valve stem seals, the head is stock with 120k on it but the block has ross racing pistons/rings with about 5000 miles on it and only runnin 10lbs. what do u guys think??
