Default need oil pump for my b20 set up which to pick?

can i use vtec pumps without getting a new timing belt? im getting confused... if it was getting a new belt cuz of the vtec head and oil pump.. or was it just oil pump? .. its a straight b20 set up...

just get the b20 it is the same as the gsr...what i read somewhere

If your timing is old then replace it at the same time. If the said "xxxx-pr3 or p72-xxxx" then it's a vtec oil pump.

i heard the same thing but i heard its the same as a ITR... flow wise that is... not sure on the part number tho... can any1 clairify...i need to kno i might need extra oil pressure for my turbo set up

found the part number.... heres a thing for it if any1 needs info about b20's
oil pump 15100-p72-A01 Same as GSR, and ITR

yes, it's a vtec pump. I just check with the honda dealer. For 98 crv(b20), it's a "15100-p72-Ao1".

Yup, OBD2 GSR, B20, and ITR are all the same oil pump...
